POLICIES
- Payment of 50% of room rate within 7 days of reserving
will guarantee the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. - Cancellation 1 week prior to reservations for full refund.
However, deposit will be refunded if room books with
later cancellation. Cancellations will be accepted by
phone only. - Guests are responsible for any damages. Credit card
information will be taken at time of booking. - Children are welcome. Parents, be careful to watch
children...we have steep cliffs - All guests and friends of guests are responsible for their
own actions and assume all risks while on premises.
Owner and management are not liable. - No pets, please
- Smoking permitted outdoors ONLY
- Check in time is 3:00pm ~ Check out time is 12 noon
